  • EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We currently do not accept any exchanges or refunds, this is eventually subject to change. We do however offer repairs.

 

  • REPAIRS/FAULTY

We do our utmost to ensure that all pieces sold are made with care and free from defects. Each repair will be done on a case by case basis. Customers will initially have to cover the cost of postage to receive repair - once this is completed, you will be refunded the cost of postage via PayPal. 

For repairs: Please email us with the subject 'Repair' or 'Faulty' and a brief description of the problem and a photo of the faulty item.

 

We will do our very best to contact you asap!

Adorn 42 20 reserves the right to refuse the repair.  

 

  •  CUSTOM FITTING

We offer custom fitting on our handmade bracelets and necklaces for free, to access this service, email us with the subject 'Custom Fit' along with your neck or writst measurements in inches. 

However, this service is unapplicable to any items that are on sale.

    Important Info after Brexit:

    Please allow for possible added custom fees - this will depend on your country's rules and regulations concerning purchases made outside of your domain's territory.

    Adorn4220 are not responsible for parcels once posted, please contact the chosen mail provider for any issues or enquires. 

    In the event of the custom charge not being paid, parcels will be sent back to us. You maybe liable for the redilvery charge. 

     

    • MADE TO ORDER

    All our pieces are made to order, this takes time! Depending on the design and the complexity of your piece, it may take up to 4 weeks to be constructed and further to be delivered depending on your location (outside of Europe). We will do our utmost to have your parcels made and delivered as soon as possible, in some cases your order may arrive within a 2 week period depending on our suppliers. We aim to be environmentally responsible with our sourcing and this, therefore, means we buy our metal and gems in smaller quantities. 

    If you have any other issues concerning your item, please email us - we'll do our best to respond asap.

     

    •  JEWELLERY CARE

    Metals used:
    925 Sterling Silver
    Gold Vermeil (approx. over 2.5 microns of thick gold plated onto Sterling Silver- usually 18ct unless otherwise stated).
    Solid Brass (usually plated with 18ct/24ct gold or pure platinum).
    Environmental Brass (nickle free brass plated in 18ct gold).
    High grade Stainless Steel (plated or coloured).

    Every metal is plated to be long lasting and corrosion resistant, but to ensure the best for your purchase - we recommend that you avoid direct contact with water, intense heat, rough surfaces, cologne, lotions, sprays and perfumes. Please avoid chemical cleaners - use soft polishing cloths and gently wipe your jewellery clean. When not in use, store your pieces away in the boxes provided.

    Plated metals, however, do wear away and tarnish over time, careful product care and wear will ensure the maximum longevity of each piece.

     

    Adorn 42 20 is not responsible for the maintenance or improper care of your jewellery.

     

    • ALLERGIES

    Some of our chains can contain traces of nickel (this is to prevent corrosion when exposed to humidity/water and hardening). Our environmental brass pieces are all nickel-free and will be marked as so for your convenience. 

    We advise that if you suffer from any serious allergies to fashion/costume jewellery that you avoid purchasing.

    Adorn 42 20 are not responsible for irresponsible purchases regarding allergies.
